Where do it go?

My black silk from HDF has fallen off the face of the earth apparently. I am using it on my Miss Mary Mack and I can't find it anywhere. I didn't take the project anywhere, the grandson hasn't been here, we don't have a cat and the dog doesn't care about floss--so what happened to it?
